Shea Bailey began promoting boxing on December 16, 2004. Since that day he has promoted and co-promoted fights on television networks such as HBO, Showtime, ESPN, Fox Sports, Comcast and more. A former owner of one of the longest running local promotional companies in the history of the state of Florida (Starfight Productions Inc.) he is now based out of the Atlanta area and is looking to bring boxing to all fight fans in Tampa and around the world. Shea Bailey has promoted and co-promoted seventeen title fights and three world title fights and was inducted into the Georgia Boxing Hall of Fame November of 2010.

Melvin "Chico" Rivas was born in Honduras and raised in Miami. He is married and has two children. Chico was brought on to work with Shea Bailey Promotions Inc. in 2010 on the Fight Night series that currently runs at the A La Carte. With a vast level of skill and knowledge Chico Rivas has created the reputation as one of the top matchmakers in the United States.

Jody Bailey graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a bachelors degree in sound engineering. Assisting in event coordination and production, he is a important component to the success of the Shea Bailey Promotions team.
